Your Photographer

Step 1.  You choose your photographer. 

• Go to the Photographers page and you can view all the photographers, or you can use the search by location tool and select the location you live to list the photographers who are available in your area. 
• Select "View Portfolio" of the photographer that has taken your interest to read their full profile and view their portfolio of photos.
• To view the photographer's portfolio, you may need to download Adobe Acrobat Version 8.0.  We have supplied a link for you to easily download the application (if required), just under the photographers portfolios.

Step 2. Make the booking

• You first need to check the availability of the photographer.  Simply select the  button. 
• The calendar shows all current bookings for the photographer in coloured boxes with the booking start and finish times.  All other times are available for you to book and just choose a time that suits you too.
• Select "Book Now" at the top of the calendar and you will be taken to the on-line booking form.
• Just fill in your photo session date, time and which photography package you would like and submit.
• Then you will step through the booking form to let us know your contact and photo session details and then to the shopping cart for payment of the 50% deposit fee to secure your photographer for your special day.  We accept credit card, PayPal or direct deposit.

You will be able to login as soon as your photos are ready to be downloaded, when your account is activated you will receive an email confirmation. When you receive your email confirmation, click on "Client Login" in the top menu and enter the username and password you were supplied with in your email.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your chosen photographer for your special day and the balance is to be paid to the photographer at the time of your photo shoot.

If you choose to pay the full package amount at time of booking, you will also receive a complimentary 8inch x 12inch (20cm x 30cm) print of your choice. 

On-line payments are made via Credit Card using the SecurePay Gateway Payment system, PayPal or via direct deposit to the receiving bank, National Australia Bank.   Balance payments are to be paid to your photographer at the time of your photo shoot and we accept Credit Card, cheque or money order.

Your on-line booking form gets emailed directly to your chosen photographer and to our customer service team for quality assurance.

The photographer then personally telephones you within 2 working days to confirm your booking details and to gain an understanding into your expectations and outcomes from the photo shoot.

On the day of the photo shoot, your photographer will complete a 1 hour photo shoot and collect the balance of the payment (if required).

Within 14 working days, you will receive a unique user ID and password to enter the secure client section of the website to view your showcase digital photos in your personal on-line album.  Then you can send e-cards to your family and friends from a collection of complimentary e-cards, or download the photos to your personal computer or print at your local print shop to 6”x4” print size and make your memories yours.

The booking fee is not refundable but may be transferable.  Clients can reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the booked date by contacting us by email or telephone to arrange an alternative date and time without incurring any additional costs.

Each gift voucher is uniquely numbered.  This number simply needs to be included in the Coupon section of the Booking form when the person receiving and using the gift voucher is making their on-line booking for a photographer.

Enter the secure Client login section of the website with your unique user ID and password.  Choose and place your selection of frames and prints into your shopping cart.  If you have a voucher code valid for your ordered prints and frames, please enter the code when you are in the shopping cart . It will be verified online and the discount will be credited to your order total. The type of discount will be displayed on the bottom line, next to the total.

12 digital photos are guaranteed with your Gold package.  You can upgrade to the Platinum package and receive an additional 12 digital photos from the photo shoot, making a total of 24 digital photos.  This is a great idea for larger families or events.  You can also purchase additional photos from your proof sheet at $5 per image. At the 6 inch x4 inch image size, the digital photos are the right size for electronic media such as e-cards and screen savers, bigger sizes could go outside your screen width. Larger image sizes also require a larger file memory that could take excessive time to download to your computer.

6 inch x4 inch is also the photo size that local print shops always run their great specials on, so you can take the digital photos to your local print shop & print them very economically.

An exact time cannot be given due to differing connection speeds and connection problems, which means that the indicated times should be seen as the transmission time under optimal conditions – the procedure will normally take somewhat longer.

To manage the administration of the website site and prepare your photos for viewing, Your Photographer needs to be able to transmit, handle and reproduce the images, holding copyright enable this process to run seamlessly for you.

Your Photographer grants unlimited reproduction rights to the digital photos for personal (non-commerical) use to clients on payment of full fee.  This enables you to enjoy your photos every day for personal use, like on your screen savers, mobile phones or on email to friends and family.  You can even take the digital photos to your local print shop and print as many 6 inch x4 inch photos you want, without breaching any copyright laws.

However you are not allowed to use the images in a commercial sense (i.e. advertising or promotion of your business) or sell the images for profit.

Deliveries to the Gold Coast are performed weekly on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays, the Sunshine Coast weekly on a Thursday and/ or Friday and deliveries to Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounds are daily.  It would be appreciated if your nominated address will have someone available to sign for goods on the nominated days.  We are happy to deliver to your work premises, if that’s easier for you during the day.

Our Return Policy is assessed on an individual basis. All products are quality control checked before packaging. All products are carefully packed in the appropriate packaging for distribution. If a product is damaged during transit please email us immediately upon discovery of damaged goods and we will asses the best, fastest and appropriate action to fix the situation. We want our customers to receive the highest quality service and products we can offer.

Yes! Your personal data must be entered correctly. The order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address, as is the notice of your unique ID and password to enter the secure client section of the website to view your Showcase photos when they are ready. The telephone number is required so that your photographer can call you personally and get a better understanding of your expectations for the day and confirm all the details of the photo shoot.

All Credit Card information is transmitted over an SSL connection. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a security protocol with which data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. This SSL connection is established automatically; the user need make no additional settings for this.
